Product Description

SICK VTE180-2P42482 is a robust V180-2 photoelectric proximity sensor designed for reliable object detection in industrial automation applications. It uses an energetic sensing principle with visible red LED light and provides a sensing range of up to 800 mm, with a maximum sensing range of 1,100 mm under specified conditions.

The sensor features a PNP switching output, selectable light/dark switching, adjustable sensing range through a 270° potentiometer, and a fast response time of up to 0.5 ms. Its cylindrical M18 × 1 metal housing, IP67 protection and M12 4-pin connector make it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
